James Chapter 2
1) My Brethren..., My brethren, who are of the twelve tribes of Israel; and who are believers of the Way of Yahushua... do not have... do not possess and exercise control of... do not mishandle... the faith... the conviction of the truth of Who and What our Master, Yahushua, the Anointed One from Yahweh is...; of glory... and make the honor that Yahushua has, in the estimation of Yahweh, to be dishonored... with respect of persons... 4382 prosopolepsia {pros-o-pol-ape-see'-ah} - by exhibiting any sort of partiality or favoritism for one over another... by showing respect for the external circumstances of power, wealth and prestige in the lives of those you come into contact with.
2) For, if someone comes to your gathering of believers who is a man/woman wearing a gold ring and fine clothing; and someone else comes there who is a beggar that does not possess any wealth, influential status, or social honor; and he/she is dressed in filthy, stinking clothing;
3) And, you then exhibit preferential regard to the man/woman who is wearing the fine clothing; and you say to him/her through your words and actions: Welcome! Glad you came! Have a seat over here in a place of honor where you can be seen and recognized as befits your social status; and you then say, by your words and actions, to the poor man/woman: You! Stand over there out of the way where you cannot be seen or smelled and be a bother to others; or, sit down on the floor by my footstool in subjection to me.
4) If you behave this way, then aren't you partial in yourselves... 1252 diakrino {dee-ak-ree'-no} - aren't you making a distinct separation of the value and worth of those people; and making the distinction between the two on the basis of prejudices within yourselves?... Prejudices that are a natural part of what has remained on you from the nature that used to be the generating force within you for thinking, feeling, and deciding things?...; and are become... 1096 ginomai {ghin'-om-ahee} - Haven't you then also begun to be... judges... 2923 krites {kree-tace'} - those who claim the authority to exercise decisions of judgment or render opinions... of evil thoughts... from the wisdom of the bad, diseased, nature that has corrupted all mankind that now guides your inner reasonings?
***NOTE: This is NOT the type of "binding and loosening" that was indicated by Yahushua. Which is a part of the power exhibited by those who have become Sons of Yahweh. (see John 20:22-23, Matthew 16:19) For it is not, and has never been, sin or error against Yahweh and His Order to be poor and destitute. This discriminatory mental stance is not of Yahweh's Order and nature; and it is not a part of the salvation and rescue from danger and destruction; and it is not a part of the preservation and protection of those who are called to Yahushua by Yahweh...
5) Hearken... 191 akouo {ak-oo'-o} - Hear me and perceive the sense of what I am saying to you... recognize the logic and rationale of this nonsensical form of "wisdom"..., my beloved brethren. Recognize that Yahweh has chosen... 1586 eklegomai {ek-leg'-om-ahee} - picked out... selected... the poor... 4434 ptochos {pto-khos'} - those reduced to begging... those who are afflicted because of being destitute of wealth, power, influence or honor... Hasn't Father Yahweh selected, for Himself and as His own, the destitute who know that they have no power or authority within themselves to change themselves to become anything more than what they are as men..., of this world... who are a part of the world order of things that does not recognize the Truth of the Sovereignty of Yahweh and His Order..., rich in faith... who are abundantly supplied because of their faith... who are rich beyond the comprehension of the nature of mankind because of the fixed, unmoving, steadfast belief that they have of Yahweh's Truth, Salvation and Order..., and heirs of... 2818 kleronomos {klay-ron-om'-os} - and recognize that it is those, who are of this kind, who have received their allotted portion within... the kingdom... 932 basileia {bas-il-i'-ah} - all of the royal power, dignity and honor that comes from the ability to exercise authority within the kingdom... that He has promised to those who love Him?
*** From the very words spoken and taught by Yacob's half brother, Yahushua, the Anointed One of Yahweh...
See Matthew 5:3... Blessed are the poor in spirit. Because the royal power of the right to exercise authority within the kingdom of heaven is theirs...
6) But... More than this..., realize that you have treated the poor and destitute with contempt and dishonor in your thoughts and feelings; and accordingly, in your words and deeds. Isn't it true that the rich and powerful use their status and influence against you? Don't they, through their status and influence, put pressure on you in order to control you and draw you... 1670 helkuo {hel-koo'-o} - don't they cause you to be dragged away from where you want to be and compel you with violent force... to stand in the place where matters are judged... To stand in front of courts or tribunals that neither know of nor care at all for Yahweh's Truth, Order, or Wisdom. Don't they do this in order to achieve their own will and purpose?...
7) Don't they, who are of this sort, speak in an evil manner against that excellent name that you are named with?... Don't they blaspheme the name of the Master, Yahushua, the Anointed One of Yahweh; and all that His name stands for?...
8) If you... If you, who are believers of the Way of Yahushua; and belong to the Master Yahushua for Him to accomplish His Will and Purpose... carry out the performing of the royal law in accordance with the scripture in which is written: You will love your neighbor as yourself; ...then you do well;
From Leviticus 19:17-18 7 You will not hate your brother within your heart. You will, in any way possible, rebuke your neighbor; and by doing so, not allow sin to be upon him. 18 You will not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people; but you will, instead, love your neighbor as you love yourself. I am Yahweh. See Ephesians 5:29 also...
9) But, if you discriminate the external condition of a man, then you exercise transgression against the excellence of Yahweh's Order, and you are exposed by the law of Yahweh's Order and found fault with as violators.
10) For, whoever shall keep... 5083 tereo {tay-reh'-o} - attend carefully to keep themself completely within the boundaries of all of the context of... the law... 3551 nomos {nom'-os} - the law of Yahweh's Order... the established, well defined context of the boundaries of that Order which has existed since the very beginning of Creation... The Order of majesty, excellence, unsurpassed power, and authority of which the only fathered Son of Yahweh, who is Yahushua, the Master to Whom we belong, is our Way into... and yet offend in one... 4417 ptaio {ptah'-yo} - yet stumbles, and falls, and violates one part, or portion..., then he is guilty of all... 1777 enochos {en'-okh-os} - then he is subject to the contextual dominion and authority of the whole established Order...
Jeremiah 31:33-37 33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law... my torah... my direction for their conduct of life... my instruction for how to live and behave... in their inward parts; and I will write it... I will write my torah... I will write my direction for their conduct of life... I will write my instruction for how to live and behave... within their hearts; and I will be their Elohim... and I will be their Sovereign authority for anything under consideration..., and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, by saying: Learn to know Yahweh. For they shall all know... for they will all recognize and acknowledge... Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, saith Yahweh. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. 35 Thus saith Yahweh, Who gives the sun for a light by day. Who has prescribed the tasks of the moon and of the stars so that they would be for a light by night. Who divides the sea when it's waves roar. Yahweh of hosts is His name: 36 If those prescribed limitations depart from before me, saith Yahweh, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever. 37 Thus saith Yahweh: If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth can be searched out beneath, then I will also reject and despise all the seed... all of the descendants... of Israel... of Yacob, who was renamed Israel... for all that they have done, saith Yahweh.
*** NOTE: This forgiveness has come to us from Yahweh's Salvation in the form of Yahushua. This inward awareness of Who and What Yahweh truly is, and the restoration to the True Torah of Yahweh's Order was ushered in by Yahushua; and is now resident within Yahweh's chosen ones who are of the Way of Yahushua, in the manifested form of the Comforter, which is the Spirit of Yahushua.
It is the Most Holy, Rational Spirit that generates the thoughts, feelings, and decisions that are made within those who believe, which are in context with torah and the entire scope of Yahweh's Order.
Error and sin takes place when that Spirit is ignored in order to give way to the rational spirit of the flesh...
Yahweh is indeed merciful as His Spirit is always pointing us back to Him and His Order!!! Selah...
11) For, He who said: Do not be an adulterer, also said: Do not murder. Now, if you are not an adulterer; but, you are a murderer, then you are a violator of the law... 3551 nomos {nom'-os} - the established law of the entire context of Yahweh's Order, which is alive and operating within you, which you have been restored to. For it is this Order that is within you that makes you one of those who are approved of by Yahweh. It is this Restored Order of existence, because of Yahushua, to Whom you are now obedient as Master, which makes you one of Yahweh's beloved...
12) Therefore it is in this manner that you are to speak; and, it is in this manner that you are to do all things. For you are to be thinking, feeling, and behaving like those who will have judgment pronounced upon them according to the law of liberty... 1657 eleutheria {el-yoo-ther-ee'-ah} - according to the established boundaries of the liberty that is now ours, which enables us, through the power of Yahushua and His Spirit, to make deliberate choices to do what we know without speculation is pleasing to the Master we belong to, and Whom we serve, in spite of the test or temptation to do otherwise brought about by desires and longings for what is forbidden within Yahweh's Dominion, which includes the snares and entrapments of religion that is not pure...
***We are not our own, serving our own will and purpose, no matter which Master we serve... There is No Grey Area...
13) For, He... For Yahweh... will have judgment... 2920 krisis {kree'-sis} - Yahweh will cause a separation... an opinion or decision to be given concerning all things...; and will pass a merciless sentence of condemnation on those who have showed... taken an action of... no mercy... 1656 eleos {el'-eh-os} - no compassion... no outward manifestation of the higher Order of Yahweh toward other men which would point them toward Yahweh's Salvation... Also, be mindful of the fact that mercy... the kindness and good will toward those who are in a condition of misery because they do not truly know the salvation of Yahweh in any matter under consideration... rejoices against... 2620 katauchaomai {kat-ak-ow-khah'-om-ahee} - exults with triumph over... boasts of itself to the injury of... judgment... 2920 krisis {kree'-sis} - the separation which is manifested by opinions or decisions given which lead to a sentence of condemnation...
For clarity:
Yahweh will cause a separation, by an opinion or decision which is to be given concerning all things; and He will pass a merciless sentence of condemnation on those who have exhibited no outward manifestation of the higher Order of Yahweh that is supposed to be living within themselves toward others. Compassion which would have pointed those others, who are in misery, toward Yahweh's Salvation.
Also, be mindful of the fact that the actions of kindness and good will that are exhibited by pointing those who are in a condition of misery because they do not truly know the salvation of Yahweh, toward Yahushua, rejoice exceedingly with triumph over the decisions of the judgment to come which will lead to a sentence of condemnation...
14) What profit is there, my brethren, in the case of a man who says he has a conviction of the Truth, and does not produce anything from his hand or his mind that reflects the Truth he professes? Can his conviction of the Truth within himself keep him safe from the destruction of the rebellious against Yahweh?
15) If a brother or a sister is without clothing, and needing daily nourishment;
16) And one of you say to them: Leave in peace; warm yourself and fill yourself; however, you do not give them those things that are suitable for the needs of the body; then, what advantage or profit is there in having said such a thing?
17) In the same manner, if faith does not produce anything, then that conviction of Truth has no life in it.
18) Yes... a man can say: You have faith, and I have works; Show me your conviction of the Truth without producing anything that can be seen or perceived; and I will show you my conviction of Truth through what I produce and accomplish.
19) You now believe... you think it to be true... you place confidence in the concept or idea... that there is one Supreme Deity. You do well... you take action rightly... The messengers and servants of the adversary also believe... and they tremble... 5425 phrisso {fris'-so} - they physically quake with the shock of extreme fear because of the reality they will have to face when their time of judgment comes... they are horrified... they shudder... for they know what is coming to them...
20) But will you, vain man... 2756 kenos {ken-os'} - a man who is devoid of Truth and empty...,know... 1097 ginosko {ghin-oce'-ko} - learn to know and perceive... that faith... that any conviction of Truth... without works... 2041 ergon {er'-gon} - without undertakings and accomplishments... without deeds being done and actions taken because of that faith... is a faith that is dead... 3498 nekros [nek-ros'} - is a faith that is lifeless... is a form of faith that has no force or power...? Is a conviction of truth that is not at all truthful; but is based on blindness and deception?...
*** Anyone can move mountains and conquer enemies within their imaginitive minds and never exert themselves; but until the force of will is applied to the body that houses the imaginitive mind, and the body moves to accomplish what the will has commanded, nothing in reality takes place... A useless existence...
21) Wasn't Abraham, our forefather, recognized by Yahweh as being justified... Wasn't Abraham declared, by Yahweh, to be as he ought to be according to Yahweh's Order?... because of the actions he took when he had offered Isaac, his son, on the altar?
22) Do you understand how faith worked together with his actions; and that, through the actions that he took, his conviction of the Truth of Yahweh was made complete?
23) And further, do you comprehend that the thing written about was accomplished, which says: Abraham believed Yahweh, and that belief... that conviction of truth, and those consequential actions that Abraham carried out because of that faith... belief is always action based in the Hebrew mindset... was counted, by Yahweh, as equal to being, or existing, as he ought to be within Yahweh's Order of Things; and he was named: The Friend of Yahweh.
Genesis 15:6 And he (Abraham) believed in Yahweh; and He (Yahweh) counted it to him (Abraham) for righteousness.
24) You can perceive within your mind, now, that through actions taken and deeds done, a man is declared to be as he ought to be by Yahweh, and not by an inner, inactive conviction of the Truth alone.
25) In another example; wasn't Rahab the harlot declared to be as she ought to be by Yahoshua the son of Nun, because of her actions, when she took the messengers in and compelled them to leave by a direction other than the one by which they came?
The account of Rahab the harlot:
Joshua 2:1 - 3:1 Yohoshua the son of Nun sent out of Shittim... 7851 {shit-teem'} - "the acacias"... two men to spy secretly, by saying to them: Go, inspect the land of Yericho... 3405 Yerechow {yer-ee-kho'} - its moon"...; And they went, and came into an harlot's house, named Rahab, and lodged there. 2 And it was told the king of Yericho by those who said to him: Behold, there came men in here to night of the children of Israel to search out the country. 3 The king of Yericho sent a man to confront Rahab, and he said to her: Bring forth the men that have come to you. The men who have entered and stayed within your house. For they have come to search out all the country. 4 The woman took the two men who had been sent by Yahoshua, and hid them; and she spoke to those who had been sent by the king in this manner: There came men to me, but I did not know from where thay had come; 5 And it came to pass, at about the time for the shutting of the gate to the city, when it was dark, that the men went out.Where the men went I do not know. Pursue after them quickly. For you will overtake them. 6 But she had, instead of what she had told the kings men, brought the men who had been sent by Yahoshua up to the roof of the house, and had hidden them with the stalks of flax that she had laid in order upon the roof. 7 The men who had been sent by the king chased after them along the way to Yardan toward the fords; and as soon as they who were chasing the men sent by Yahoshua had gone out, those who had charge of the security for the city shut the gate. 8 Before they were laid down for the night, she came back up to the roof of the building where she lived; 9 And she said to the men who were hidden there: I know that Yahweh has given you the land, and that your terror is fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land faint because of you. 10 For we have heard how Yahweh dried up the water of the Red sea for you when you came out of Egypt; and we have heard of what you did to the two kings of the Amorites that were on the other side of the Jordan... 3383 Yardane - "the descender"..., who were named Sihon and Og, whom you completely destroyed. 11 As soon as we had heard these things our hearts melted, and neither did there remain any more courage in any man who lives here, because of you. For Yahweh, your Elohim, He is Elohim in heaven above, and in the earth beneath. *** She was convicted of the Truth of Yahweh... She was fully persuaded in her own mind and acted according to her faith...*** 12 Now, therefore... because of Who and What I know Yahweh to be..., I beg you to swear to me... by Yahweh... by all that I know of what the name Yahweh means and implies..., since I have shown you kindness. Swear that you will also show kindness toward my father's house, and give me a token of truth that signifies that you have sworn to me. 13 That you will save alive my father, and my mother, and my brethren, and my sisters, and all that they have, and deliver our lives from death. 14 The men answered her: Our life for yours if you say nothing about our business; and it shall be, when Yahweh has given us the land, that we will deal kindly and truly with you. 15 Then she let them down by a cord through the window: for her house was upon the town wall, and she dwelt upon the wall; 16 And she said to them: Get yourselves to the mountain, lest the pursuers encounter you, and hide yourselves there for three days until the pursuers have returned; and afterward you can go your way. 17 The men then said to her: We will be blameless of this oath of yours... We will be free from the obligations of forfeiting our own lives... which you have made us swear to you. 18 Behold, when we come into the land, you will tie this line of scarlet thread in the window which you did let us down by; and you will bring your father, and your mother, and your brethren, and all your father's household, home to you; 19 And it shall be, that whosoever shall go out of the doors of your house into the street, his blood shall be upon his head and we will be guiltless; and whosoever shall be with you in the house, his blood shall be on our head if any hand be upon him. 20 If you talk to anyone about this business of ours, then we will be free from any of the obligations which have come upon us from your oath which you have made us to swear. 21 She said: According to your words, so be it; and she sent them away. They departed; and she bound the scarlet line in the window. 22 They went the way that she had said, came to the mountain; and remained there for three days until the pursuers had returned to the city. The pursuers searched for them throughout all the way that led to the Yarden River; but did not find them. 23 So the two men returned, and descended from the mountain, passed over the Yarden River, came to Yohoshua the son of Nun and told him all things that had befallen them; 24 And they said unto Yohoshua, Truly Yahweh has delivered all the land into our hands; for even all the inhabitants of the country do faint because of us.
26) For this is true: In the same manner that the body is lifeless without the spirit... 4151 pneuma {pnyoo'-mah} - the movement of air that is caused caused by the actions of breathing...; likewise, faith... 4102 pistis {pis'-tis} - the conviction of the Truth of anything... the confession or declaration of a fully persuaded belief of anything.... is lifeless and completely ineffective without actions of obedience in regard to that faith.
